Order of Service Booklets
Used for both church ceremonies and civil celebrations, order of service booklets enable your guests to follow along and participate in the ceremony, then take home a beautiful keepsake from your day.

Option 1 – Full Design Printing & Assembly
Completed booklets, with nothing for you to do!
If you would like me to format, print and assemble the booklets, there is an initial set up fee of $95.00 for the design of the booklet in an A5 format, with back to back printing. This fee is in addition to the individual booklet prices and includes the personalisation of your chosen pre-made cover design (see cover design options below).
Please read this sample text of one of my designs, prior to placing an order, to ensure you are happy with my formatting/layout style and text font options.
Minimum order is 30 booklets for both option 1 and 2.
Option 2 – Printing Only
If you have formatted the wording already, I can print and staple the booklets for you provided the design meets the below printing guidelines.
You need to ensure that:
- wording is supplied in a print-ready pdf file (no Word documents)
- ‘print-ready’ means that the pages are set up for back-to-back printing
- all booklets should have pages in multiples of 4, so your booklet needs to be either 8 pages, 12 pages, 16 pages and so on.
Booklets will be printed exactly as you provide them. No proof reading or formatting changes will be made by me. This includes spelling, punctuation, dates, names, and the layout. Proofing is your responsibility, so the design that is supplied by you will be the design that is printed. If you would like blank pages in places (ie. the inside of the front cover) then leave those pages blank.
Additional charges apply to booklets that have several graphics and images throughout and/or require borderless printing of the internal pages.

Booklet Pricing examples
These prices are per booklet and include printing, folding and saddle stitching (stapling). Covers are printed on smooth white card with the option to upgrade to metallic paper, or premium cotton paper. Internal pages are printed on 100gsm white paper.
Prices vary based on the cover design and number of pages in each booklet. The internal pages contain printed text only, no images or graphics.

Optional extras & upgrades
Cover papers – the default option is 160gsm smooth white card, with upgrades available to metallic paper in a selection of colours, or premium cotton paper. Foiled covers are printed on 200gsm satin card.
Printing finish – internal pages are printed in black ink, and covers are printed in black/colour ink with an optional upgrade foil finish.
Ribbon – Add ribbon tied into a bow around the spine for just $1.00 per booklet for 3mm satin ribbon, or $2.00 per booklet for 1″ hand torn chiffon ribbon. Ribbon will be added on top of stapling to make sure your booklets are securely held together.
